Excellent, simple and great after sales care. No hidden charges at the checkout. I found the inaitial set up alittle tiresome, but alas this seems to bethe way ofthe web that you have you enrol to everything nowadays! Well worth it for the savings and unique items on offer. A+

approaching 4 weeks from purchase and no news at all on my purchase. This company is TERRIBLE!!! Do not use them. They will take your money but that is all.

I have given this company (Beech Holdings Ltd) only 40% because of the following :
1. The estimated 10 day delivery took over a month.
2. When you ring them up to complain - none of the call handlers appear to have the ability to do anything but take calls - they cannot or will not pass you on to a complaints department. Maybe they have not got one !!
3. They DO NOT answer any emails.
4. They hang up on you when you insist on being put through to a supervisor.
5. They send you by email a delivery date which is fictitious.
6. Nobody appears to have the balls to take on complaints.
7. They bank your money (Beech Holdings Ltd.) very very quickly and do not respond when you (quite reasonably) ask for it back due to poor service.
I gave 40% because the product was cheaper than elsewhere and what I eventually got was what I requested. I would never deal with this company or any other company connected with them. Be warned - pay a bit more and get a far better service elsewhere.
